 | Cass Doctor's House Kit. This HO scale Craftsman kit produces an accurate scale replica of the Doctor's House located in Cass, WV. Dr. Hanna was the long time resident of this house and old timers often refer to the house as the "Hanna house". The building still stands in Cass, and has been stabilized but needs restoration. The model was constructed from the architect's plans and all dimensions are scale. Construction is laser cut basswood. Windows and doors are styrene plastic and were custom made for this kit. The kit includes all interior walls. Instructions include step by step color pictures and a CD with interior and exterior photos of the prototype. THIS IS A CRAFTSMAN KIT. Construction is not difficult but may take 30-40 hours to complete. Only 50 kits were produced. Available exclusively from Peach Creek Shops.
